In stock product: The customer chooses in stock product. The material and size of the product have been explained in detail on the page. We will check the quality before delivery. After the goods are shipped for export, usually, there will be no return.
Customized service: Customers who need customized products (please refer to the customized page for details), get in touch with us through the above two methods, the material and size of related customized products will be verified through communication, and finally confirmed with the customer before delivery to the factory for production. After completion, the product list and details will be notified to you before shipment. Usually, there will be no return of the goods after the goods are shipped for export.
The following special circumstances may occur.
1. The quantity of the goods does not match the order: After the customer receives the goods, within three working days, please use the above two contact methods to provide us with pictures of the goods whose quantity does not match. We will communicate with you. It will be issued within three working days, and the freight involved will be borne by us; the customer can also choose to discount the missing quantity of goods for a discounted refund, please leave the detailed bank account information, and we will remit the corresponding payment within 7 working days after verification. And take a photo of the remittance receipt to inform you.
2.The goods have quality problems: After receiving the goods, they find that there are quality problems. Please inform us through the above two contact methods within three working days after receiving the goods. Our customer service staff will give you a detailed explanation , After communication, still unable to reach an agreement, need to replenish the shipment or refund processing, please refer to the above processing methods, we will try to satisfy you!
3.Customer's subjective wishes: After the customer receives the goods, there is no quality or quantity problem, but the customer's subjective wishes want to change the style and refund. Please contact us for communication within three working days after receiving the goods. If the goods are returned to China, we will inform you of the detailed address of the return during the communication process, and the relevant round-trip transportation costs and taxes involved will all be borne by the customer. We will re-deliver the goods within seven working days after receiving the returned goods, or refund the remaining amount.
